Preisverleihung TOP 100 in Augsburg

Special innovative strength recognized for the third time in a row

Pförring, Germany, July 18, 2023 – ENDEGS Group, an expert in industrial emissions reduction, has repeatedly been recognized as one of the most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany. At the award ceremony for the TOP 100 Innovator Seal 2023 in Augsburg, Ranga Yogeshwar personally congratulated the company on this success. The science journalist is a mentor of the TOP 100 innovation competition, the basis for the award. ENDEGS is now one of the TOP 100 Innovators for the third year in a row.

The TOP 100 Innovator seal is awarded on the basis of a scientific selection process. Under the direction of the renowned researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, a jury evaluates the participating companies in various categories. These include innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate and innovative processes. The TOP 100 seal has been awarded since 1993 for particular innovative strength and above-average innovation success. All of this year’s TOP 100 innovators were honoured at the German SME Summit 2023 in Augsburg. The TOP 100 trophy was presented by Ranga Yogeshwar.

“We are proud to be among the most innovative German medium-sized companies for the third time in a row,” said Kai Sievers, founder and CEO of ENDEGS GmbH. “Innovation is an important topic for us, to which we also devote our full attention in our daily work.”

Innovative technologies for sustainable emissions reduction

With more than 16 years of experience in emissions reduction, ENDEGS has successfully completed more than 1,500 projects. The company holds several patents, including ENDEGS’ first legal option for the environmentally friendly degassing of tankers on the Rhine in Duisport, the port of Duisburg.

“Our customers come from a wide range of industries – from the oil and gas industry to chemicals and petrochemicals to ports and the food industry,” says Kai Sievers. “The substances that are used are as varied as our customers – and the substances used in the different industries change regularly. Ongoing innovation is therefore very important for us – if our technologies are not suitable for certain substances, we have to adapt them to expand the relevant application areas.”

Recently, ENDEGS participated in an international innovation competition for emissions reduction in Malaysia and achieved a top 20 ranking with its technologies. In total, more than 500 companies and organizations submitted more than 3,000 ideas for this competition.

In early 2023, representatives from ENDEGS also traveled to Saudi Arabia and Bahrain with a delegation from the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs. The trip is part of the planned business expansion – with two branches in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, ENDEGS will also offer its innovative services on the Arabian Peninsula in the future.
